My Approach

Wellness is a group goal. We've taken self-care to the next level. Now, we have a duty to take care of each other.

It's time to use the powerful benefits of group activities to cultivate meaning, optimism, and support as adults. The magic of meeting new people and doing new things isn't reserved for kids.

I'm a 30 year old ball of energy from St. Louis, MO with a clinical doctorate in occupational therapy.

I am Dr. Conners and my best work is done in community.

I'm on a mission to prove that growing older doesn't mean growing colder.

As an expert of daily activity, Dr. Brittany Conners guides members through key principles of occupational therapy to help each person increase quality of life, participation in meaningful pursuits, and engagement in everyday life.
