The Open Call is our entry-level group rehearsal space. Capped at exactly 14 hand-selected cast members, this local 4-hour intensive uses structured silence as a functional performance tool to shut out the external crowd, kill the second-guessing, and reset your decision-making baseline.

The Production Schedule (Run of Show)

We operate on a strict, predictable 4-hour timeline engineered to maximize your focus:

• Hour 1: The Table Read (Intros & Framing)
  We gather as an ensemble. We strip away the corporate jargon, audit your current life-noise, and lay out the exact script for the day's execution metrics.

• Hour 2 & 3: Quiet on the Set (Functional Silence)
  The audience is dismissed. Notifications pause, and external advice-seeking stops. You enter two hours of complete, structured silence to hear your own internal data. Quiet activities (writing, strategic planning, or deep reflection) are welcome.

• Hour 4: The Curtain Call (Debrief & Next Steps)
  The silence lifts. We reconvene to process what surfaced, deliver your operational cue cards, and map out your immediate next steps to execute in your daily life.

• Note: Upon purchase, you will receive a mandatory 10-minute Briefing form to share your current operational trajectory.

 

VIP Admission Ticket | $475 USD

• Everything included in General Admission, plus:

• Early admission to the private location for distraction-free space setup.

• Priority parking and preferred workspace assignment on set.

• An exclusive, post-retreat VIP group strategy session with Dr. Conners.

• Extended access to the location for solo execution time after the curtain closes.

To maintain strict exclusivity, The Open Call follows a predictable monthly calendar cadence:

• The 1st of each month: Early Access reservations open for the following month's cast.

• The 8th of each month: General public reservations officially open for any remaining seats.
