Mental Health First Aid
Like traditional First Aid and CPR, Mental Health First Aid is help provided to a person developing a mental health problem or experiencing a crisis until professional treatment is obtained or the crisis resolves. People who enroll in local Mental Health First Aid courses learn a 5-step action plan to help loved ones, colleagues, neighbors, and others cope with mental health or substance use problems.
Digital Wellness Training
Globally, we are connected, always on, and linked in beyond what we may have ever imagined. Our screen time has jumped from 4 to 6 hours a day to keep up with news or follow friends on social media. Work, school, and home are now the same place for most of us. Employees and entrepreneurs alike are spending over half of their day connected to devices.
With that being said, we are here to collectively put our devices down for a well-deserved break. Your phone is tired, and you may be too (haha). Our training experiences aim to develop self-aware relationships with ourselves, each other, and tech in a life-giving way.
During our time, we deliver the digital skills you need to relieve stress, maximize productivity, enjoy the present reality, and become intentional about tech use that fuels digital well-being in various environments.
